Email address must match your "CU official"
address (e.g., Some.One@colorado.edu). The email address is used as
a password. This is listed in the CU directory.
Time is needed only if adding.
Action is either refresh, add, or remove. To remove an
entry the name and email address pair used to create the entry must
be used. All of your entries will be removed if you have more than one.
If all has worked, you should see a message saying what has been done as "Last
action attempted"
